I had an issue with an Easton cross fork. Sent it back to Easton's UK distributor (Extra UK) fully expecting the (sadly) all too usual UK distributor dis-interest and poor (if any) communication and fearing a month long battle to get it sorted and was utterly impressed when three days later I had a brand new replacement on my desk with no fuss or hassle.

It doesn't get better service than that. They did the right thing and did it decisively and I want to thank them and give them a public commendation for basically American level customer service over here (a rare thing indeed).

Praise where it's due. Extra - thank you.

I used to do Easton customer support in my old job. Of all the 13 brands I dealt with, they were the easiest and most customer-minded.

Any questions were answered within 24 hours. Serious matters were addressed seriously and efficiently. They also expect their distributors to do the same. Customer service does not get any better than Eastons.
