Suntour xc comp rear mech

you took the crank as well then... was deliberating over that, but I didn''t need it

rear mech is MicroDrive I think looking from the cage length.

frankly, i am not sure  i have overbought! for example, i bought some xc comp 7 speed front and rear hubs, then i found a NOS xc comp 7 speed rear hub and an 8speed xc comp/ltd cassette and 2 NOS suntour chains, so i got those aswel! then i found some 8 speed xc pro NOS f+r hubs, so those have been ordered  then i got another 7 speed used xc pro rear hub because it was cheap! i also have 7/8 xc pro/comp thumbies, i have just got the chainset and rear mech from the link above  :D and i managed to find an xc comp front mech aswel! :D so i need the brakeset but i have spent enough this month now!  i also have some ss7 levers so i have pretty much everything and some spare stuff :D

i might get another frame to use the excess stuff on! i do have my eye on some nice rims aswel but i am holding off buying them until i see the hubs to confirm drilling etc.

i was surprised how quickly i managed to find all the stuff i wanted as i expected it to take ages! thanks to those that had the stuff for sale at the right time and thanks to those that found it and posted it in the ebay section!! cheers gents!! :D :D

typical I was looking a a while back and found nothing well except a shiny NOS 7sp XC Pro/Comp Microdrive cassette now still sat in it's box :D
I had most of it but it's worn ,lol.
Still everytime I come to build a bike I never use it.

You'll be wanting a ~115mm bottom bracket for that chainset

SJS have some canti's you may like if you're not after the '93 lower profile style (champagne colour ones) and would like the black SE rears.

So you need the seatpost then, they are a nice seatpost at that..

that used 7 speed XC Pro rear hub and 32 hole, if it's Microdrive and you're needing a few pennies.... ;)

Yep certainly a good job you're skint

12-28 has some Suntour stuff up for sale on ebayat the moment as well.

I have always used a 122.5 BB for std (non micro drive) cranks so might be worth verifying what it is you need.

Those cantis from SJS are good value, I have some that I could sell you but to be honest the ones from there NOS are much better value.

Pretty certain original XC Pro cranks (non MD) require a 125.5mm BB, not 122.5.

Cheers,
BB
