Sunshine at last!

Well then, hopefully that's the end of the bloody snow and at last the sun is shining. Spent the weekend in the garden and at the beach n warm spring sunshine and now I'm bursting to get out on the bikes again

So, got anything planned? Where are you riding?

Having said that, the sun was nice and warm and kindly melted the ice off my windscreen just before I left for work

I'm the eternal pessimist, and while i'll enjoy this weather while it lasts I can't help thinking that the gods will severely punish us later for the glorious weather now, probably a full 40 days and nights of rain in April

....oh, but i appear to have strained my celeriac joint. 6 weeks. :-( now jeopardising honc involvement

Spring started here in Marin this last weekend, with lots of sun and temperatures in the high 60's-was riding in shorts and a short sleeved jersey!

Lucky you! It was 4 below when i set off yesterday morning.

Managed to clock off from work an hour early today and did a swift 18 miler before tea. Definately feels like summer's coming now
