it does have some nice components, and the frame is a lovely steel rar(ish) number.
I wouldnt pay more but at £300 I certainly would not be dissapointed.
If you feel up to it, make him a lower counter offer, then stick a different set of forks on and youll have many happy hours in the saddle

Hmmm, looks like my £25.00 bid didn't cut it, I'd say between 250-300 would be a fair price for it.

I would be willing to let the bike go, I havent even looked at it for years let alone ridden it. If sold outside ebay with no forks I would be willing to let it go for £300 including posting. I do have a set of old Marzocchi s that I will include. This is as low as I want to sell it for. Let me know if this seems ok.
