Sunn Obsys 40 set up. SORTED OUT!

Re: Sunn Obsys 40 set up. HELP ! !

I'm curious to see how effective, and easy or challenging, this is to do.

actually, me thinks it'll likely work like a charm (apparently its been successfully done by others on here already)

Re: Sunn Obsys 40 set up. HELP ! !

Really, get yerself on to the french site. A kit consisting of oil seals, dust seals, valves and retaining clips is somewhere around €8 plus postage, although there is a bit of a wait until there's enough orders.

reading between the lines, repie22 might have some valves spare with no wait.

I tried to join the site, unsuccessful though . Put in details then tried to log on with the code and nothing happened

Re:

Took the cap apart tonight.

This what's there.

The star nut thingy to hold it in - 8mm between prongs - , the seal - 7mm diameter and 8mm long. And the cap, which you may be able to see, has a taper inside it. 8mm to start, then 7mm where the seal sits.

Whilst out on my deliveries, I spotted something in a skip that may be useful to use as a template.

Some pvc fascia, 9mm thick, so I will make some 7mm and 8mm seals when the silicon turns up

Filled in the register page.
Then it goes to ' confirm password ' which I did.
Then 'code confirmation' with the code they put up :?
Did that.
Clicked on Record, and . . . . nothing

And I was having trouble with the forks !

So now go to sunnpro.team-forum.net/forum

You'll see something like this towards the top of the page, under the gigantic Mr Potato image
