Just wondering, any ideas on what to do with this please? Someone has offered to respray for me, someone else says to possibly get if professionally rebuilt. The frame number is YSV 2981 X if it helps

Morning, I've just been given a lovely old Sun Cresta cycle & having stripped it down, would love to get it back to its original condition as possible but wonder if anyone could help me with sourcing decals please?
Have tried H Lloyd & ebay but no joy so far...
