Sugino Impel are budget Sugino cranks and the newer 4 arm versions (square taper/steel rings) can be had for £25 new)

They look alright I reckon but you would probably sell the bolts/ cranks seperatley easier. Maybe.

Fluffy is right, i would say that £20 is about the right money. I just picked up a set of XT hollowtech cranks for £20 and thats what your up against. That said, i always say that something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I'm not sure if it's wise to encourage valuation/appraisal of an item in its for sale thread...

These are basically tat (cheap steel rings + nasty, heavy forged arms)and worth no more than £10 second hand, I reckon. I'd call it £8 tops without the bolts. If I vaguely knew the recipient they'd be £free. Sorry.
