Sugino impel ring bolt removal help

Well, the bad news is my tool didn't fit, however having the tool to hand allowed me to get the other bolt out that didn't come naturally, after which I could push the chainring down and the other bolt just unscrewed so happy days.

Treated the rings to a clean and it's all come up a treat.
Excellent...and of course you applied the ‘hidden’ bolt with plenty of anti-seize.....(?).....

Excellent - that avoids the need for time travel - to experience a seized component, slap your forehead, then time travel back to apply antiseize on installation…technique no4 for seized seat posts…

My Milwaukee M18 impact driver with a 5mm bit in the end of it works wonders for stubborn chainring bolts... often used in the workshop for the buggers that just want to spin and the slot for tool has been chewed up/gone... it's NEVER failed me... even with a spinning bolt!
