Sugino GP - Chainset - Value ?

I found this in an old box of bits in the garage and have no clue of its age, value, quality/desirability etc

I'm assuming it's come off a road bike at some stage....

I'll offer it to the forum if anyone can give me any info on it (mainly a value )
