Stu's Spares Box Clearout - Update 09/08

Hello everyone!

I'm having a bit of a clearout so all these bits and bobs need to find new loving homes, postage will be extra at cost....

Cro-Mo Segmented Fork - GBP 40.00
1.125" Steerer (Uncut, 260mm long), new and never used (teeny weeny bit of storage wear), waved the tape measure at them and they're 425mm A/C, sturdy but a little chunky for my Breezer, lovely fork but wouldn't suit a weight weenie build!

RST Suspension Fork - £28.50
1" Steerer Tube (195mm long), waved the tape measure at it and axle to crown it appears to be 430mm A/C, came on my Dave Yates, never used by me and rarely used by the original owner.

Shimano Deore DX FH-M560 / HB-M650 Hub Combo - £14.50 (Sold!!)
Used, spoke marks from being built up but still nice and spangly, could do with a good service though, original Shimano skewers included.

Shimano Deore LX STI Shifters, Model ST-M060 - £10.00 (Sold!!)
Used for a few months in 1991 then swapped for thumbshifters.

Shimano Deore DX STI Shifters, Model ST-M071 - GBP 10.00 (Sold!!)
Nice condition, minimal scuffing to brake levers, rear shifter exploded back in the day but has been repaired, always better to be honest!

Specialized Mt. Baldy 26 x 2.10" Folding Tyre - £8.00
Nice tyre, came on a S/H wheel I was given and never used by me...

Alpinestars TKO Tyres 26 x 2.10" - £8.00 (Pair)
Unusual tyres, lots of tread left but the sidewalls are getting a little dry, good for display but I wouldn't want to ride miles on them....non-folding so postage might be a little costly!

Shimano STX Front Mech, Model FD-MC32 - GBP 4.00
31.8 Clamp, Bottom Pull? From GT RTS-3, nice and clean but missing frame and cable clamp bolts (easily replaceable).

Dia Compe SS-5 MkII Brake Lever - GBP 3.00

Shimano Deore LX Cantilevers, Model BR-M550 - GBP 4.00 (Sold!!)
Well used, need a new cable clamp but apart from that they're good to go!

Hi!

The shifting always seemed a little wooly for my liking (although it could be my poor tuning/mechanic skills!), bought them off a mate and only used them for about a month in 1993 then reverted back to thumbies, could benefit from a good internal clean.....they're in good overall condition externally, the bolts are tarnished ones out of my spares box as it originally had green alu bolts....hope this helps a little!
