Stupid Signature Links Questions

Sorry, searched and can't find it on here anywhere, and I know it is probably simple but I am simpler.

I want to put a link in my signature to my build thread, how do I do it? And how do I edit it to say SARACEN KILI instead of www.retrobike.thread1234989.co.uk?
