yes, stupid "squared".
first for selling these parts in separate auctions.
second for getting it powder coated in pink.

All sold with BIN prices...
total 750$

Does somebody remember what he payed for full bike?

I don't think he bought it recently but he is the one who had it powdercoated. I had bid on this before but didn't reach reserve. I wasn't going to pay too much for a bike w/out seals.

Am I missing something about reserve. Let's say I bid a max of $300 and someone else bids $100, my bid gets set to $101, even if reserve is set to $200, my bid stays at $101 and reserve isn't reached? Is that correct? Because my max bid in that auction, which may or may not have reached reserve, wasn't automatically bid.

I had bid on this bike with the specific intention of stripping it an repainting it. A nice looking hot pink (wet paint) is a maybe. Hot pink powdercoat with lousy looking lettering, nah-ah.

As far as Klein not being tasteful, I say, take a look at many of their solid color ones, painted desert, or sea and sky. Understated and I daresay, hard to say it's distasteful.

Pingu-san, you need to hit the reserve to get your bid incremented. See the recent Bradbury Manitou auction - substantial jump between 2nd bidder (yours truly) and the winning bid, which hit the reserve.
