I was bidding on that, but slightly put off my the incorrect sizing info.

No way is that 51 c-t-c if the TT is horizontal - The headtube would be about 8cm - not 12cm

I reckon the frame is a 53(ctc)x54 TT - or a sloping TT - but too hard to say really
