I just picked this up this morning from the first owner.
Stumpjumper with Deore II, all original, except for the stem and saddle (I think, stamp says '86).
I have to clean it up a little, there are a few chips and cratches, but overall it looks great.
The owner, a nice grandpa of 70, hasn't used it much.
When I asked him when he bought it, he said without blinking: 7 years ago :roll:.
He doesn't know strange people who think the older the better
Funny thing, I saw a blury picture on Marketplace of an old MTB wich was called Fisher by the owner.
I thought I saw the old Fisher logo and as it was sort off on the route to the Stumpjumper I took a look.
Unfortunately it was a Fischer, he wrote it wrong in the add...
Bad luck for that one, it could have been a very lucky day.
