Badly listed and he doesn't know the spec of the bike, picture is poor but wondered if anyone here knows much about them.

I think its a 95 or 96 bottom of the range stumpy, from the same year they were all nice colours (the blue one with Orange accents was awesome)...

No way that's an 18 1/2" frame, looks more like 16 1/2" to me.
