left a phone (palm pda ) on the roof of the van, drove off.... got a bit down the road and the bluetooth disconnected...... it was then that I realised :shock: .... ran up the road and it was fine, huge touch screen and it was intact still (got to the next job and dropped a hammer on it :evil:

By complete accident I left a hundred loose marbles on the roof of my car. I travelled over 200 miles to the Lake District and up Honister Pass. When I parked up all the marbles were 'amazingly' still on the roof. You can imagine the relief I felt!

I left a squeegee on the roof of my Jeep at the gas station once, and it made it all the way home with me, right where I left it!
