Before you torture them with brute force and a blow-torch, you should definitely soak them in PlusGas or a similar penetrating oil first. (WD40 and GT85 aren't nearly as effective as proper penetrating oil by the way)
One they have been well soaked, preferably overnight, then start getting some leverage on them with a decent pedal spanner.
If the aluminium crank threads have corroded, which is likely, leverage alone can easily damage the threads irreparably. The application of some oil should break down some of the corrosion and effectively lubricate the threads as they move, significantly reducing the chances of destroying the crank threads.
