Sent off on Tuesday, by special next day delivery, our Hope light. 3 years after the warranty expired, as there seemed to be a loose connection, Just received it back, fixed entirely free of charge

i have always appreciated Hope's help, my new brakes from them for my Demon were built specifically for the bike in the colours i asked for as a favour for it being a show bike with mostly their components, not to mention the time i spent in the trade they were really good to deal with.

I'm with Cheese on this... plenty of us paid top money for hubs that have an inherent desire to explode at the flanges...

I've never been able to afford more than Alivio :facepalm: so never had to expect too much from them

But still it was nice of them to honour an out of date warranty
