Stiff wheel bearings after replacing?

I'm not sure it was fine before tbh. Or if where the bearing sits now is actually where it should be. If it moved further in, the spacer would probably stick out further than necessary, leaving a gap between the seal and the hub body, where it all sits now seems to be perfect.

I think I'll only know for sure if anyone has the same hib and can pop off the freehub and see if the inner bearing has a gap or not.

There is, but in this case there are so few parts it was not worth it. 2 bearings, 2 spacers and an oil seal.
