Stem Question

OK many years ago I had a custom bike built by my dad. It had front end shocks and also a stem with suspension built in to it, (may have been small rubber rings.

Does anyone know if these are still made and if so any photos of current makes..

Nobody makes em anymore that I know of. They come up quite a lot though, as seen here:
