Stem on old jamis?

Anyone recognize this stem? Two bolts on front. It’s not mine, just for sale near me.

Out of curiosity, what would be a good deal for something like this; $20? I usually buy only the inexpensive finds. $120 seems extreme full price museum quality

Looks to me like a Suntour XC stem. Although the colour is unusual, I´ve just seen black and silver versions.

Is this one of the fillet brazed Jamis? If so the price for the bike seems ok to me.

Not sure if it’s fillet brazed, I’m honestly not very familiar with this bike. The handle bars don’t match some of the photos I’ve seen on the internet. I guess they were changed. There is a thread on retro for this style bike, but it’s a different color. Looks very similar

A lot of companies made stems in that style. The Suntour XC is probably the most desirable but even they don’t fetch a great deal of money.
