Wanted Stem for 1 inch threadless steerer

Does anyone have anything ideally with a bit of rise? I thought I'd sorted something from eBay but it was incorrectly listed and turned out to be for a 1 1/8 steerer.

A shim for very little cost will sort it. A common practice
