Steel Orange Prestige(92)seatpost diametre

Can one of you fine people he me out. Measured the internal diametre of the seattube and it appeared to be 26.8,bought a post but it seems a bit slack(never a good thing). Can someone confirm if its 27 or do I need to go to 27.2?
Hope its 27.2 as i've just bought one cheap on the bay,which of course means t will be 27!

I had a '93 and it was a 27.2
