Steel frame

Looking for a lugged steel frame, size 58-60cm + forks

Derailleur hanger would be good, and downtube shifter braze ons would be a bonus but not essential

Minimal rust would also be great

could go up to £200, but would be looking ideally for something around £100-150

Where are you from? Depends on your country think that could be 200 pounds posted.
