square taper bottom bracket

help !! i have a 1991 aluminium o orange and need a bottom bracket i am fitting old middleburn cranks i was told that 122mm will be ok to fit i would like it to be super light to any makes to look out for cheers

Action Tec and Syncros, but youre more likely to find a Hope (did they go this long?) - or the non-lightweight-but-actually-works-and-is-frequently-available option of a Shimano UN.

I use Royce b/b.They have a ti spindle, so very light and one of the best on the market.
They are expensive but you get what you pay for.

i will hunt for a b.b. now any other info on b.b.s would be good to its an aluminium O orange 1991 i will fit on middleburn rs1 cranks 175 110 spider cheers
