I love sprouts..and anything else veg and green....Kale is a favourite too.
Asparagus is in a different class and needs some respect....grilled with top olive oil and dressed with shavings of parmesan works for me.
Jerusalem Artichokes are devine :D
 
I use them in curries a lot. They soak up sauce like they do gravy.

Sprout and egg jalfrezi for the win!
