Yes they are anodised, but if you want, I have a spare set of Race face ones, with the little flanges around the edge, you can have those at same price if you want? They are Silver.

I had a mech that had a load of removal shims in it that fitted a larger seat tube once i'd removed them so just wondered if that was the same..

edit.. i can see there are no shims from the pic! as you were...
