Spot Singlespeed Frames - What Year?

Hi all. I'm currently waiting on a Spot Singlespeed frame to be delivered once all this mess is over but I'm unsure what year it is. I know its v-brake only - what does this mean about the year? And I understand some were built by Chris DeKerf? What year did that end??
