Splendor bike restoration

I checked the seatpost dimension when it came back 26.4mm so it appears to be french Columbus tubing which is 26.4

I came across this Reynolds 531 Splendor bike from on a post from 2011 -
first Reynolds 531 Splendor frame in original colours I have seen.

Just a couple of minor tweaks left to do - here it is 1980 Spendor bike livery similar to Sean Kelly's Tour De France bike
