Here we have a Specialized ti ahead stem in very good condition, 1 1/8" steerer size and 1" ( 25.4mm ) bar size, zero rise and 120mm c to c.

I was looking for £40 posted 1st class recorded delivery.

I don't mind sending this to Singapore as long as it is insured and trackable on it's way to you.
I am sure postage will cost more and as long as you are happy paying this then yes no probs.
