Specialized stout hubs/ Mavic 221 rims.swap for disc wheels

Got some specialized stout/mavic 221 (25mmish wide) wheels off my fsr. Would like to swap for some wider rimmed disc compatible wheels. Rims must have a brake surface. Not sure what the freehub is thats fitted but feels solid, a big part of why i bought the bike contact if you want pics.

could well be it was a rough old tape measure i had and i did measure the inside instead of taking the tyre off, good stato like knowledge!
