Missing brake mount? Snapped or threaded?

It’s missing as the bike had a torsion armed Hope brake mounted hence only having one.

So needs a threaded mount? Obviously interested in v brake setuphere.

Yes just needs a threaded brake mount to match the non drive side. I haven’t got any spare I don’t think but will check
