Specialized Fatboy 26x1.95 - anything special?

Hi guys,

I recently bought an old Specialized Hotrod with a pair of Fatboys on it. I've never seen them in 26x1.95 and couldn't find anything about them online. Are they anything special? Not in the best condition but not dry and plenty of rubber. You can still see the manufactures line along the center. Happy to get some more information and to give them away if someone wants them.

They look to be in good shape for an old tyre? They're very early 90's I think

Nothing special, they still make them , I used them in the '90's for training on the road, pretty quick being slick.
I'd think the rubber may have hardened a bit with age, not sure I'd trust them if pushed, but for general street riding they should be ok.

With that type font and logo colour, they will be pre-'93 I'd say. I have a vague recollection of them but thought they were narrower, and sure I had one set up on my turbo trainer.
