Well you won't get the seat lower than 19" because they're all 19" seat tubes.
Specialized class this as their Small.

Ultimate question: Do I get this and sell the black one?......

Can't imagine the top tube to be only 21.5".. It's a Specialized. They used to have quit long top tubes...

Last week kind of the same frame was on eBay. That was a 18" (this might be a 20") and the top tube was 23" eff.

..To bad, this one is a bit to large...

It just looks smaller as the head tube is shorter. That's what I like..

if you compare it to the US ebay one, the headtube is surely longer for this red one so this UK red one may not be a small / S but a medium or was there a XS ? :idea: :?:

My FSR is a 16" and I measured the top tube as 21" from the edges of the welds, if he's going c-c he's probably right.
