SPD's

Hi

Need a little advice, its been a while since I've been riding. I have on my bike a pair of shimano 232 pedals. What I want to know is will my cleats from those pedals fit into the newer design of SPD pedals? If not, do any of you know which pedals would fit into my cleats?, so I can get ebaying for a set?

Shimano cleats should fit all Shimano pedals. There are a few minor differences in some of them, which allow 'float' etc. but they'll all work as far as I know...
