I've spoken to Dave Marsh at Universal Cycles - what a nice, helpful chap.
Sadly, his fantastic frames are (justifably) quite a way above my budget which is ideally around £100- 200 (ish).

It's worth searching for 'Raleigh 531c' on Ebay, I have seen quite a few TiRaleigh Team Replica's listed like this over the last few years. They pop up now and again, good one's tend to fetch 3-400ish for the full bike. e.g there's a Team Panasonic replica in 531C on ebay at the moment, forks listed separately though, nice frame, it's identical to my red/black Pro from 1983.

I must confess (my wife already knows this...) that I am an habitual E-bay surfer. My search for 'TI Raleigh', 'Team Raleigh', '531', '753', etc is daily. I am a little impatient, but agree there are quite a few of these bikes out there, its just a matter of time before one the right size comes along.

Hi Tel,

I discussed one specific frame/ fork with Dave - 23'' seat tube, 22.5'' tt.
Little prior use, but resprayed, fully refurbed, 531c, Cinelli lugs and crown, Campag ends. £595. It sounded a beauty.

I've revised (increased) my range of sizes - min 56cm top tube, max 62(ct) cm seat tube.

Any possible bikes or frames out there?
