Delboy had some for sale recently, but they're now sold.

They pop up on ebay now and again, too, but they are pretty hard to get hold of (I've settled for the LX version whilst I wait for a set to turn up)

I bought a set today from an eBay dealer in...the Philippines, inc. Biopace rings. Described as new and look pristine in the photograph....I shall wait and see if they arrive, and of so, what condition they are in - and how much import duty I am stung for!

I only ever remember them being OEM, never saw a set under the glass in any bike shop.
