Tesco, with gauge, about £15.

I bought one of these, recently. Got it in a sale, think it was around £8. To be honest, though, it was an impulse buy, and I only bought it because it was reduced.

Seems fairly robust, although I've never had a track pump before - just either normal, old fashioned pumps, or the smaller, compact ones. The bit that clips to the valve has ports for both presta and schraeder - you DON'T have to fiddle around, unscrew things, take them out, and put them back in the other way around.
