I have no idea,sorry. Only used them with Campa Parts.
Perhaps someone in here can help.

No, you need a different (Campag) rear mech as the cable pull is different.

How you can usually get to to work by doing the Hubbub modification (see http://www.hubbub.com/articles_ergopower.html )
