So a friend recently gave these to me - he's of the "anything electronic is evil sorcery" school of thought... actually, that would be more like "bikes lost their magic after the 80s" school of thought.
A NOS Mavic Mektronic grouppo... I just purchased the batteries for it, so let's see this weekend if it still works!
