A few years ago, I went on a jolly to the McLaren factory (this was before they moved to their new place). The only room you were allowed to take photos in was the trophy room, and they had Senna's McLaren on a display - seemed to get most interest.

A few years before that, got loads of close-up and inside the cockpit photos of Damon Hill's WC winning Williams - this was before I had a digital camera, though - but still got them, somewhere.

When I visited the Galleria Ferrari in Modena they had a F1 style video game that was about five euro a shot, however as the screen was mounted on the front of an F1 car and you used the wheel and pedals I had to have a couple of shots.
