one of those conical headset spacers that come stock on newer bikes

a 180mm rotor AND post spacer thingy to match. (160 to 180) fork mount. Shimano preferred, icetech or standard.

a decent winter 29er tyre maybe a straight swap for my On-One Smorgasbord Trail Extreme with kevlar protection 2.35
