Some '93 Kona Lava Dome bits to go

Hi guys

I'm revamping my Lava Dome and upgrading some of the original parts. Therefore I have the following parts to go:
Stem and bars - Joe Murray
Impact headset - new bearings required
Deore thumbshifters
All parts were in useable condition before I removed them from the bike.
Any offers?

Can't really put any prices on them as I wouldn't know what to ask.
