VOTEC is a small German frame builder that made some excellent hadcrafted bikes and decent full suspension frame sets, single pivots and URT's too. The forks are also their own unique design: always CNC machined double crowns starting bitd with 85mm travel or so but kept on developing them and lastly they were at 140mm. Nice detail is the two CNC brackets for mounting the handlebars direct to the stanchions, no stem. The C9 in Carbon is the top of the line frame. Nice, but mentioning the size of the frame might help ...

Claims to fame include a few bankrupcies (yup), and that they were the manufacturer of the frames for "Porsche Bikes". Porsche chose them because of the craftsmanship and design qualities. The driving force behind the strengths of Votec still makes bikes today under his Voitl brand, with trademark design touches still there, although he also makes a VPP bike now:
