Two of. 1/1/8th threaded. No name steel. Structurally fine. Both 395mm A to C as best I can measure. Steerer lengths 6 1/2" (1 1/2" thread) and 5 5/8" (1" thread). The longer one cut down would be OK for "threadless" in a small frame!

£12.50 the pair incl P&P anyone before they go to scrap bin?

A good thought, but none of which I am aware. And a near neighbour scratches a living weighing in scrap etc, so he might as well have them!
