Sold.....Obsys Carbon suspension fork & Sunn MTB Frame

Hi,

I have for sale a pair of Obsys Carbon suspension forks, rare as hens teeth. I bought them to fit to my wife's retro but steerer is too short.

Cosmeticaly they are very good but they do need a service to function correctly.

After some research I think frame is a 1998 Sunn Exact and does need paint strip and re-spray, ideal retro build, very light.

From the cable routing and dropouts it's a 1999 frame. It's not an Exact as it doesn't have the split two piece seat stays. It will be either a Xircuit or Totall UN frame (Tange DB tubing), Crosss UN (Fuji DB) or Urge UN (Fuji SL). The Urge takes a 27.2mm seatpost, the others 26.4mm. Not sure if there are any visual differences between the tange and fuji db frames, maybe subtle differences in tube profiles?

For anyone that's interested the frame is an Urge. The BB is stamped with just that under the cable guide. Strangely the seat tube is 26.4 :?

I'd agree, but hard to argue with the stamp on the BB shell too. Are you sure the seatpost is 26.4?
Whats the serial number out of interest?
