1 1/8 steerer and 190mm long
Cosmetically a nice set. Obviously there is marks as pictured but they look good.
They are smooth and work. There is a small amount of oil left on stanctions when used , so I’m guessing seals are needed at some point. It’s only a minor amount. They also have a slight clunk when compressed hard. So I’m assuming they need a service. You could use as they are but just being honest. They also seem to be missing 2 bolts from the brace.
