I don't know any steel frame in this size and weight, closer i know are Colnago Master X-Light and Cervelo Prodigy in the 1600g range

Dave Lloyd Concept I just sold was sub 1500g, I had a Kalkhoff Pro in 50cm that weighed 1545g Modern Kalkhoff's are more like Tractors though.
