Up for sale here is this AS NEW Eddy Merckx 'Team Panasonic' Corsa Extra SLX frame and fork. I treated myself to this with a view to building it up using a NOS 8spd Record/Chorus gruppo I'd slowly pieced together over the past three years.
Unfortunately this project just isn't going to happen so it is time to let this one go to a new home.
FYI the frame was ex display and could be described as New Old Stock... it really is stunning with only a couple of minor marks. As you can see from pics the clear coat is perfect.

I have also included in the sale a NOS C-Record headset (the BB however is now not included in the sale)
Dimensions:
Seat tube: 57cm c-c
Top tube: 56.8cm c-c
Head tube: 15.1cm
Rear drop out width: 130mm
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
Wheel size: 700c (brake drop of 45mm)
Italian threaded BB shell
Frame serial:
Drive side = Y X7
Non drive side = A 6600
When shipped the frame will come properly boxed with drop out protectors.
