I think all of us have at some stage, sold something on for a profit. The only unfortunate part it is a reasonably rare frame, it was quite recent, noticeable and we have the most eagle eyed ebay watchers
I think the seller must have known this when looking for a £170 profit on a frame within a few weeks. I don't think we should vilify them but more let it reflect whether the frame at that price is for you or not?

To make it clear, the only reason I sold it was because I misread the size of the frame. I though I was buying a 16" frame centre-to-top of top tube but it was actually centre-to-top of seat tube. This 1"-1.5" meant it was too small for me so I had no option to sell it on.
As for 'profit' I doubt there is one person on this site who ever pays full price! With this in mind I always price my parts up so when I inevitably get knocked down I get my money back. I've also watched people buy my full bikes just to break them down immediately and make a stack of money!!!
The guy who purchased this frame got a bargain just like I did when I purchased it.
